Hubbard INPACS™ Eutectic Inserts are designed to provide low-cost, versatile and virtually maintenance free, non-mechanical chilling or freezing. They suit all kinds of home delivery applications, from caterers to ice cream vendors.

Specification

Hubbard INPACS™ are available in a range of sizes to suit all styles of ‘Home-Delivery’ requirements. The INPACS™ can be supplied in a range of high visibility colours to facilitate cooling preparation for specific shift patterns.

Hubbard INPACS™ contain an Eutectic solution which has a pre-determined freezing temperature. Cooling preparation is achieved by placing the INPACS™ for a minimum of 12 hours prior to use in a freezer cabinet, cold store or dedicated facility capable of cooling to 8°C below the required holding temperature.

Hubbard INPACS™ are designed to be easy to identify in the cooling preparation area, even when stacked in large quantities. Hubbard coloured INPACS™ are also designed to stack on top of each other and feature raised ‘lugs’ to create the optimal airflow between the INPACS™ during the cooling preparation process.

Hubbard INPACS™ are manufactured from a durable polyester plastic to resist damage in the workplace. The units are reusable with minimum maintenance are classified as long-life items.
