Protecting your Investment
24 month warranty
The purchase of your new refrigeration equipment is just the beginning of the relationship between Hubbard Products Limited and you our customer.
12 Months Parts & Labour
All Hubbard Products transport refrigeration systems carry a full twelve months parts and labour warranty providing the system has been serviced by a Hubbard engineer or an approved dealer within the first six months of its service life.
Copies of Hubbard Products Limited Terms and Conditions are available on request.
Limitation
Where servicing is not carried out the warranty is limited to six months.
Exclusions
The warranty excludes: Accidental damage, misuse, power failures from customer’s supply including damage to power cables. Under normal circumstances scheduled servicing will be carried out at your premises as part of our commitment to drive down the cost to you of ownership of Hubbard systems and to minimise any disruption to your business.
Servicing Schedule
A scheduled service can be carried out on any weekday from 08.30 – 17.30 excluding Bank Holidays.

The Hubbard Products Limited Service Call Centre can be contacted on 0800 0180 460 24 hours a day 365 days a year.
Spreading the cost
A range of service plans are available. For a quotation please contact The Hubbard Products Limited Contract Call Centre on 0800 0180 470 Monday to Friday 09.00-17.00 hrs.
Technical Support
Calibration certificates are available to allow you to comply with Due Diligence and assure your customers that their products are being transported in a Controlled Temperature Environment.
Hubbard Products Limited reserves the right to alter or amend terms and Full Terms and Conditions of sale and warranty are available on request.
2nd year – PARTS ONLY
On completion of a verified 12 month servicing schedule, including a service at month 12, a further 12 months PARTS ONLY warranty is applicable.
Discretion Terms
This warranty is offered solely at the discretion of Hubbard Products Ltd. providing the unit is serviced by a Hubbard engineer at 6, 12 and 18 months.
Exclusions: Accidental damage, misuse, power failures from customer’s supply including damage to power cables.

3rd year – PARTS ONLY extension
On completion of a verified 24 month servicing schedule, including a service at month 24, a further 12 months PARTS ONLY warranty may be purchased.
