The Hubbard TWice™ Dual Temperature System is the latest development in multi-compartment transport refrigeration.
Instead of the traditional large frozen compartment – with a fan transfer kit to maintain a small fresh compartment – the TWice™ evaporators are installed in both loadspaces. Cross contamination of air between the compartments is eliminated and each compartment’s temperature is independently controllable. This also allows for much smaller frozen compartments when compared to air transfer kits.
The TWice™ system is operated by the easy to use, in-cab digital controllers that are fully programmable and provide constant temperature read-outs.
The TWice™ features a full reverse cycle defrost ensuring rapid clearance of frost build-up.
The system can be coupled to the 390 Alpha and 460 Alpha condensing units.
