Hubbard Products Engineering Director Off to New Pastures.

Hubbard Build On ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Success

Award winning refrigeration manufacturer, Hubbard Products Ltd has announced that after fourteen years service Fraser Hale, the company's Engineering Director, has announced his departure.

In a short statement Fraser explained the reasons behind his decision.

"During my time with Hubbard Products, the company has produced a number of market changing innovations and I have been privileged to help the company to achieve the highest standards of quality in design & manufacture. I am also proud to have worked with some very talented and committed people on the design of a variety of sector leading products. Since the involvement of our current owners Zanotti, Hubbard now has a greater resource of technical talent and expertise at its disposal than ever before".

He continues; "I have always been a practical engineer and, as the company continues to grow and mature, my 'hands-on' approach will become less appropriate within the broader management scheme. With the strength in depth of the current management team, both in the UK and in Italy, I feel that this is a good time to go in search of a new challenge that suits my aptitudes. I'd like to wish everyone at Hubbard, and Zanotti, every success for the future and to thank them for an enjoyable and satisfying fourteen years".

Hubbard's Managing Director Pat Maughan says: "Fraser Hale has done a fantastic job integrating the Zanotti approach since it acquired Hubbard in 2007, he leaves behind a legacy of sound engineering and technical development management He was instrumental in our successful award of ISO 14001 in 2009".

He continues; "In line with the reputation Fraser has earned amongst our peers as technological leaders Hubbard Products will continue to be the UK representatives for the UK transport refrigeration manufacturing industry on the technical committee of CEN, the European Committee for Standardisation. Also, as a founder member of the LEAK DETECT PROJECT, which is part of the EU Seventh Framework Programme, Hubbard Products will continue to lead the project which aims to reduce the release of Green House Gases by preventing refrigerant loss and reducing resultant vehicle fuel inefficiencies. Every one at Hubbard Products and Zanotti SpA wishes Fraser well in his future career development".
