New look heralds new era for Hubbard Service

Hubbard Products has unveiled a new look for its 16 strong team of nationwide service engineers as it continues to consolidate market share across its transport, commercial and special projects divisions.

The new look will be rolled out across a fleet of new vans from April 20th 2009 and is designed to reflect the quality and values that the Hubbard Products service symbolises.

Jim Whittlam, Service Director for Hubbard Products says; "The breadth of the Hubbard service offering is increasing on a daily basis, our engineers who are based across the UK aim to deliver true 24/7 coverage for the complete range of Hubbard products, from transport refrigeration units to static commercial products including cellar cooling to multi compressor supermarket packs, from micro-vans to HGV undermount units. The new livery is designed to ensure that our customers know that they are being supported by our own high quality teams, not franchised or subcontracted engineers who may not offer the same attention to detail that our own dedicated teams can"

The livery features a graphic of the UK alongside the familiar Hubbard logo emphasising that even though Hubbard is now part of the worldwide Zanotti Group its focus remains on being a dedicated supplier to the UK market.

John Balmer, Service Engineering Team Leader was the first engineer to collect his brand new Ford Transit, the first of 16 that will be commissioned over the next three months. John says: "It's really great to have some stylish and modern graphics on our vehicles, often we're seen as exclusively technical support, but at the end of the day it's the service that our support teams deliver that customers often remember the most. We're the guys that often save the day, by going the extra mile for our customers and being the public face of Hubbard makes us really proud to be working for such a well-recognised company"
