Hubbard Commercial launches new ZF 24 Coldstore Unit at RAC 2007

Hubbard Commercial, one of the UK’s leading designers, manufacturers and suppliers of refrigeration and cooling systems will be announcing the launch of a new coldstore refrigeration unit for relocatable coldstores at RAC 2007.

Hubbard Commercial has invested significantly in reducing the environmental impact of its products since 2000 and is now investing further in its reputation as a cost effective and reliable partner for the UK’s Food Refrigeration and Processing sectors with the introduction of the ZF 24 self contained monoblock coldstore unit.

The ZF 24 coldstore unit is designed for easy installation and is entirely self-contained. The unit utilises the low noise, high efficiency characteristics of a Scroll compressor providing flexibility and reliability across a broad range of applications. The unit incorporates a fully automatic electronic thermostatic controller delivering temperature control at any point from 20OC to -25OC. Defrost is electric with additional heaters on fan shrouds and drain lines to prevent frost build up under the most arduous conditions.

The ZF 24 uses ozone friendly R404a refrigerant and built is to the latest Pressure Equipment and Machinery Safety Standards the ZF 24 is a robust, reliable and easy to operate unit specifically designed for a demanding environment.

The ZF 24 condensing unit measures 1115mm high, 1784mm wide and is just 441mm deep whilst the cooler including drain is 650mm high, 1438mm wide and 754mm deep with a combined total weight: of 347 kg. The ZF 24 runs from a 32amp, 415v, 3 phase, Neutral & Earth. power supply.
