Commercial news Hubbard Takes Pole Position at RAC 2007

Visitors to RAC 2007 with an interest in Grand Prix Formula One motor racing will be spinning their wheels to visit stand D110 throughout the three days of the show where Hubbard Commercial, one of the UK’s leading designers, manufacturers and suppliers of refrigeration and cooling systems will be offering a series of high octane prizes to celebrate their success during 2006.

Used to being at the front of the pack throughout 2005 and 2006, Hubbard Commercial are using RAC 2007 to celebrate the elevation of the final models of their Premium R407c cellar cooling systems to the Carbon Trust, Energy Technology Product list which puts them firmly on the winners podium for energy and tax efficiency. Lining up on the grid alongside will be the full supporting cast of Hubbard Commercial products including a new model of the Low Noise HCR brewery system, HCR150, a full range of packaged equipment and a pit lane of commercial equipment including the all new ZF24 Relocatable Cold Store system, Quick Selection Commercial Systems and High and Low Temperature Systems.

Top prize to for visitors, in conjunction with Lu-vé Contardo, will be a VIP ticket to this year’s Silverstone British Grand Prix on 8th July. Tickets for the highlight of the British Motor Racing Calendar are already selling out, so this VIP ticket are sure to be highly popular with visitors to the Hubbard Commercial stand.

Seated in the prestigious Woodcote stand the lucky winner will see the cars for longer than anywhere else on the circuit. They fly in from Bridge before negotiating their way through a series of difficult left handers, then it's all down to throttle control as they scream through Luffield and get the power down as soon as possible in Woodcote corner to head down the main straight.

A second draw will give visitors the chance to compete for an Aston Martin track-day ticket giving the lucky winner the opportunity to be tutored by a qualified instructor introducing racing lines and technique at a choice of UK venues. This will be followed by drives in both an 186 mph, 6.0 litre Aston Martin DB9 and an 32 valve, 4.3 litre V8 Vantage or alternatively four laps in a Porsche Cayman, four laps in the V8 Aston Martin and finish with in a single seat Formula Renault with five laps completely solo!

The final third draw winner will enjoy an equally exciting pace with a taste of the high life in a classic Ferrari. At a choice of UK race circuit’s the lucky winner will be in control of one of Maranello's breathtaking beauties. For example at the historic Goodwood racing circuit they will drive three laps in a Ferrari 308. At Prestwold Hall, they’ll enjoy four laps in a Ferrari 355 or at Three Sisters, Rockingham or Donington they'll drive the F360 for six miles around the circuit.
