The purchase of your new refrigeration equipment is just the beginning of the relationship between Transport Refrigeration and you, our customer.
Warranty - Protecting your Investment
All Transport Refrigeration systems are supplied with a FREE 12 month warranty subject to meeting our terms and conditions (copies available upon request and noted in Service Record Book Page 3) We recommend periodic servicing to ensure optimum performance (2 services per annum engine drive - 3 per annum engine and standby units) Servicing to be carried out by our own team of National Service Engineers or any one of our Nationwide Approved Repairers.
Copies of Transport Terms and Conditions are available on request.
Like anything mechanical, regular servicing is essential for continued trouble free performance. Where servicing is not carried out the warranty is limited to 6 months.
Exclusions: Accidental damage, misuse, power failures from customer‘s supply including damage to power cables.
Under normal circumstances scheduled servicing will be carried out at your
premises as part of our commitment to drive down the cost to you of ownership
of Hubbard systems and to minimise any disruption to your business.
Scheduled Servicing
Scheduled Servicing can be carried out on any weekday from 08:30 - 17:30 excluding Bank Holidays and weekends.

Technical Support
Calibration certificates are available to allow you to comply with Due Diligence
and assure your customers that their products are being transported in a Controlled
Temperature Environment.
