The new Hubbard Zer0° range has up to 20% greater capacity than the models they replace for increased all-round performance. This includes developments giving improved refrigeration and electrical access in the condenser, for ease of servicing, along with redesigned evaporators for increased airflow.

A further advance in design to ease installation, maintenance and scheduled servicing sees all major electrical components using pre-wired looms.

The Zer0° range is immediately available with 22 models covering all needs for small to large sized vans and suitably insulated box bodies, in both standby and non-standby configuration capable of chill to 0°C or freeze to -25°C. The range includes single and three-phase electrical connection options. Dual evaporator systems are available for multi-compartment requirements.

The Zer0° range is supported by Hubbard twelve months parts and labour warranty providing the unit has been serviced by a Hubbard engineer or an approved agent within the first six months of its service life. On completion of a verified 12 month servicing schedule, including a service at month 12, a further 12 months PARTS ONLY warranty is applicable.

Dual evaporator configuration is available for the Z350 and Z380 models delivering multi-compartment transport refrigeration. Instead of the traditional large frozen compartment – with a fan transfer kit to maintain a fresh compartment – dual evaporators are installed in the fresh and frozen loadspaces. This allows greater freedom of compartment size ratios as the temperature in each zone is entirely independent of each other as well as eliminating cross-contamination of air between each compartment.
